LG-Ericsson, Accton Launch JV on Data and Voice Network Solutions in North America

LG-Ericsson USA, a joint venture established by LG-Ericsson and Accton, officially launched data and voice communication solutions for business of all sizes in North America, according to an August 16, 2010 report by FierceTelecom. Communication solutions that LG-Ericsson USA is expected to offer include IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) systems, business-class digital, IP, Wi-Fi, SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), soft phones, and multimedia terminals, as well as a wide range of managed and unmanaged switches with a NMS (Network Management Services) and UDM (Unified Device Manager) platform that make for easy management.

LG-Ericsson is a Korea-based company focusing on providing telecom solutions. The Taiwanese Accton is a provider of voice data networking solutions.
